Many of our readers have been asking when our next book is coming out for the OCP Java 11 Programmer II 1Z0-816 Exam. Given the worldwide pandemic, it did not launch when we expected it to, but we have good news to share. We spoke with the publisher and it is expected to be released next month! If you are interested, you should probably preorder now, as our last book was sold out for over a month!

But wait, there’s more! Due to the delays we had time to “sneak in” an Appendix for those taking the OCP Java 11 Upgrade 1Z0-817 Exam! So, whether you’re taking the Programmer II or Upgrade Exam, this book has you covered for Java 11.

The first step to getting certified is making the decision to get certified! Then, you purchase a study guide and draw up a study plan. For example, you could decide to read one chapter a week. Finally, you start taking practice exams to determine what topics you need to study more. And since the vouchers expire in 6 months, you have a nice incentive to not give up!

Our OCP Java 11 1Z0-815 book has printed. And it’s already a best seller in Oracle Certification. I wonder if last week’s CodeRanch book promo helped?

Rounding out the top three are our Java 8 cert books.

Even thought this is our fourth book, I’m still excited to hold it. The physical book makes it feel real!

It’s also fun to get a box of books. These won’t be in my house for long! I’ve already “allocated” who they are going to.
