It’s not just Germany. Oracle doesn’t offer in person exams anymore. Only online ones.

The only in person test available is Java 8 on the pearson VUE site. I called the Pearson VUE Test Centre in Munich and they forwarded me to Pearson VUE website and as I told them the 1Z0-829 Exam is not available there, they couldn’t help me. The only option as it seems is the online proctored exam.

I have a PearsonVue Account
I am a new Candidate
I choose I am a new Candidate. The I get a warning I will be directed to a new site, then I get a candidate agreement.
I key in all my details and I click submit.

Then I get an error message

I tried to went form certification path (https://education.oracle.com/java-se-17-developer/pexam_1Z0-829) when I click on buy exam it is showing “cloud” exams not java !7 exam. Not sure what is wrong with it. please advise me.
