					<description><![CDATA[I&#039;m so glad you wrote this. We&#039;re in slightly different situations, but plenty resonated with me. For example, a month or more into this my boss asked me to &quot;stay behind&quot; after a meeting because he wanted to check on me. He was worried that I hadn&#039;t said much during the call, and frankly he was right to be worried. It made a difference that he noticed, and that he wanted to check up on me. Since then, things have been gradually getting better, but reading things like this reminds me we&#039;re still not anywhere near normal, and it&#039;s OK to feel crap.

PS I cry a lot these days too.]]></description>

For what it&#039;s worth, I think you are showing extraordinary self-awareness in being able to chart your status that way. Thank you for sharing.

I hope you&#039;re right that even some lifting of the quarantine will help a lot. I know it&#039;s not the same, but if chatting online will help at all, please let me know when you&#039;re available. Good luck. I&#039;m rooting for you. :)]]></description>
