I completed my 1Z0-817 certification this week. I used your Java 11 Complete Study Guide.
Chapter 11, 14, 15, 16, 17, parallel stream from Chapter 18, 20 covers most of the 817 exam topics as of today (20 Dec 2020). I had Java 8 OCJP certification. I read other Chapters to refresh my memory. Enthuware mock test helped as well.

@San The 1Z0-817 upgrade exam is not changed so what you have in the Complete Study Guide is everything you need. Refer to the Introduction for which topics are on the 1Z0-817 upgrade exam.
