If there’s no internet, there’s no need for two factor. Or one factor. Or anything else since the internet wouldn’t be available to use the website. I’m sure texts are expensive oversees. My point is they shouldn’t rely on just texts.

Something to do with the way the internet access plans are structured, apparently. So it may be that sending and receiving texts overseas is very expensive for Australians. Just speculation on my part though, it would help to hear from Aussies with actual knowledge.
