My father is 93 and alone and forgetful. he live at 6647 Winslow Dr in Fayettville,N.Y. they always come when he calls and are polite and helpful. now we need help paying his bill.It would help if someone contacted him about deducting it auyomatically from his checking accout like Natioal grid bill.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[Getting credits for outages is quite frustrating indeed!  They *never* give you a credit unless you call and complain, so I make sure they know its out immediately whenever I lose cable.  Even still, having them actually follow through on the credit is 50/50 at best.]]></description>
